Exclusive Workshop with Silicon Valley's John Stoddard

On April 21st, we are delighted to host an exclusive workshop with Silicon Valley's John Stoddard, lecturer in Innovation and Design Thinking at UC Berkeley and ex-IDEO Senior Designer.

The purpose of this session is to unlock new business potential and learn from the ‘Silicon Valley’ way of approaching innovation and service design. Some of the questions we will dive into includes:

  • How can we expand our business by adding innovative services to our current product line?

  • How would that effect our innovation if we grow towards designing future service offerings?

  • What new service design and innovation skills will we need in the future?

  • How might our company structure change to align with a service innovation direction?
